Jeroen Hermkens (St. Anthonis, 1960) is a Dutch lithographer and painter whose work has been on display both at home and abroad. In 2006, he was awarded the title of Dutch Artist of the Year. His previous website didn't play well with mobile devices, nor was it easily findable via the major search engines. The new bilingual site, jeroen-hermkens.nl, brings a cleaner, more contemporary look, as well as responsiveness across all devices and easier 'editability'.  Read more

Preipop is a one-of-a-kind free music festival in the northern city of Groningen. First launched in 2007, it is hosted every February by student association Cleopatra ASG, and features a wide array of artists, from classical to singer-songwriter to the heavier metals.
